MOK Constructions has completed in excess of 450 individual projects over the past 3 years with projects varying in size and complexity from construction of warehousing facilities to transformer enclosures within a Zone Substation.
Rod Laver Arena - 50 Tonne High Voltage Concrete Cable Pits

Civil works included:

  • Fabricate and supply heavy reinforcement cage to engineering specifications.

  • In-situ construction of concrete elements for access pit.

  • Supply and install heavy duty access pit lid system.

Southbank - 120 Tonne Link Pit Concrete Cable Pits
December 2011 - January 2012

 

Civil works included:

  • Supply and install heavy reinforcement cage to engineering specifications (in excess of 8m depth).

  • In-situ and prefabricated construction of concrete elements for access pit.

  • Supply and install heavy duty access pit lid system.

Geelong Terminal Station (Jemena)
September 2011 - November 2011
 

Civil works included:

  • Supply and install foundation systems for raised Transformer structures.

  • Construct and install raised footing systems to strict engineering tolerances.

  • Site treatments works:

    • Excavation.

    • Soil treatment.

    • Backfill.

High Voltage Concrete Access Pits

As part of the collaboration with Daly's Construction Australia, MOK Constructions has undertaken numerous heavy construction projects. A vast majority of these projects are the heavy access pits for the electrical infrastructure systems.

 

Civil works include:

  • Supply and install concrete pits weighing in excess of 25 tonnes per unit.

  • Quality inspection methods.

  • Transit/float of all heavy concrete access pits.
