MOK Constructions is an award winning Construction Company specialising in the building of commercial and industrial projects in Australia. Our management team comprises tertiary qualified construction professionals who are registered builders with the Building Practitioners Board of Victoria and have in excess of 40 years combined building experience.

 

Over the years of operation, MOK Constructions has built a talented design network of architects, engineers and service consultants. Through the entire process, MOK Constructions is able to assist our clients with the design and construction input required to achieve the very best outcome.

MOK Constructions is ISO accredited to ISO9001:2008 Standard in Quality Management.

 

All projects are controlled by a single project manager who reports each month to the construction manager or director at a monthly progress meeting.

 

This process ensures projects are delivered on-time, within budget and to a high quality.

MOK Constructions is ISO accredited to ISO14001:2004 Standard in Environmental Management Systems.

 

MOK Constructions Environmental Policy Manual is based on our goals of: Waste Management, Resource Conservation, Environmental Protection and Efficiency Improvement

 

MOK Constructions has a sound knowledge of sustainable design and construction principles and is mindful of our responsibilities to society as a whole when designing and constructing projects.

MOK Constructions is accredited to AS4801:2001 Australian Standard for Health and Safety.

 

As such, Occupational Health and Safety is the main priority of MOK Constructions management.

 

 

MOK Constructions has been operating in Australia since 1997. During this time we have developed an outstanding record of minimal industrial disputes.

 

Our Industrial Relations Policy is carefully drafted in accordance with current EBA and MBIA guidelines.

 

Our policy has been co-signed with the Master Builders Association of Victoria and all major trade unions currently operating in Victoria.

 

Senior management has had extensive experience in negotiating with relevant organisations and act promptly should any areas of concern arise to minimise possible delays.
